This document will govern the General Conditions of purchase through the O3termal.com website, property of O3termal.com SL, whose data also appears in the Legal warning.
Use of the website: O3termal reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to its website at any time and without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The user, in order to access the products or services offered by O3termal, must be of legal age and register through the website by creating a user account or make the purchase as a guest. Therefore, you must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), relating to the protection of personal data.
O3termal will request the following data to be able to sell the products.

Prices and availability: Prices always include VAT. All prices and availability of products on our website are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that all information will be current at the time of purchase.
Shipping: Transportation costs are not included in the price. We endeavor to ship products as quickly as possible, however we do not guarantee delivery time and will not be responsible for any delays. The client/user must be available to accept delivery on the established date.
The delivery time is usually a maximum of 15 days in the rest of the destinations from the formation and payment of the order (by receiving the transfer).
For destinations within the peninsula we generally use NACEX Transport

Shipping guarantees:
If the order shows evidence of damage during shipping, if you received damaged packaging, we will change the products at no cost. For this, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging.
It is also essential to notify O3Termal of the incident within a maximum period of 48 hours by sending an email to info@termal.com
Returns and exchanges: You can withdraw from any purchase, taking into account a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product/service. It must be notified via email to info@o3termal.com. The client is responsible for the transportation and delivery of the product and the refund of the amounts of the products (not services) will be made according to the payment method.
Intellectual property: All intellectual property rights in our website and in the products sold through it are the exclusive property of o3termal. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of our website without our prior written permission.
Exclusion of guarantees: o3termal does not warrant that our website or the products sold through it are free of errors, viruses or anything else that may damage your equipment or software. Use of our website and products is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability: In no event will o3termal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the products sold through it.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make material changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you by posting them on our website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barcelona.
