To achieve our goal and for the client to leave 100% satisfied, we advise you:

Try to book the treatment/gift/voucher in advance to ensure that your experience starts positively.

We are an exclusive Spa Center in Barcelona, which seeks your own well-being, relaxation and disconnection from daily stress, so throughout the establishment we ask that you speak in a moderate tone and that your cell phone be turned off or on silent and limit it to emergencies.

Please arrive at O3 TERMAL 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure that you start the treatment at the agreed time. If you arrive late, please call to manage the agenda in the best possible way and respect the treatment time of subsequent reservations.

For your well-being and enjoyment of the treatments, we ask you to inform us of your state of health (illness, injury, pregnancy) at the time of making your reservation and at the time of the treatment. We advise you on the most suitable treatment depending on the case.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, we would appreciate it if you could notify us as soon as possible. The minimum required is 24 hours in advance. If this were not the case, the gift voucher from external companies that work with O3 TERMAL would lose its value.

The O3 TERMAL gift vouchers have a duration of 6 months from their issuance. These heels are subject to change of person and treatment as long as we are notified 24 hours in advance so that we can prepare the treatment to suit you.

Vouchers for more than 5 treatments have a duration of 1 year from their date of issue.

The treatments and/or rituals purchased in the promotions will be valid for the promotion, both in date and amount, and cannot be changed.
